There are two ways to organize your data:

Click Organize your projects to view your folders or Create New folder, report, or dataset. 

Choose the Report drop-down menu to go directly your Folders or Dashboard.

When you add a visualization to a report, it is automatically sent to your Dashboard unless you specify a different location. You can also organize your reports into folders.
