Resources for PhD students in the joint program in Urban Systems: Welcome

Welcome

This guide has been created to support the research conducted by PhD students in the Urban Systems Program.

  • PhD students can schedule a consultation with a librarian to learn more about library services, policies, and collections.
  • Get help with identifying and locating materials for research.
  • Alerting service: ask Maya to be notified about new titles
  • Suggest materials for the collection
  • If the library does not own a book or a periodical consider requesting it via the Interlibrary Loan (for books) or Rapid Document Delivery (for articles).
  • Learn about access to library resources from off-campus.
  • Group meetings with librarians are being offered on a regular basic.
  • PhD students can also use the DANA library of Rutgers University and other VALE libraries.

To get more detailed information about the Littman and Van Houten libraries, their services, and resources check Introduction to the Littman Library  research guide and the Library webiste .
