- Use the NYTimes Group Pass page to sign up for a new account or to renew an existing account.
- Students will have access until they graduate.
- Faculty and staff must renew once every four years; add your pass expiration date to your calendar; there will be no subsequent reminder
- You may reset your NYT password any time here: nytimes.com/forgot.
- After expiration, you may re-activate a new pass by visiting NYTimes.com/grouppass while connected to the NJIT's campus network.
NOTE: If you have a paid NYT subscription, you must cancel it before being linked to the NJIT Group Pass program. You may need to wait 24 hours before your paid access expires to create an NY Times account using the NJIT Group Pass program. You may cancel it through Customer Care: customercare@nytimes.com or 800-591-9233. You must contact NYTimes directly. The NJIT Librarians cannot assist you with canceling your personal subscription.
