Resources on Mental Health & Covid-19: Resources

The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed and impacted the lives of many people from around the world. According to statistics, during this time, 4 in 10 people have experienced anxiety and depression versus 1 in 10 reported in 2019. "Uncertainty and fear about the coronavirus itself; job loss and housing and food insecurity; juggling working from home while dealing with cooped-up kids; grief and a loss of social cohesion as a result of restrictions" all these factors contribute to stress. This guide does not provide professional advice but rather introduces resources related to the topic and available to the NJIT community.
