Using VR and other Technology Resources at Littman Library: Looking Glass

1. Sign in to the appropriate computer in the Digital Scholarship Lab

- once logged in the Looking Glass will light up and can be used as a third computer monitor

2. Open the looking glass software by clicking the icon called "Library"

3. On the homepage, choose the program you want to open, then click "Download to Play" or "Launch App" if already installed

1. Go to sketchfab.com and browse for a model or add your own 3D model for viewing.

2. Select the model you want to view

3. Drag the browser tab with the model to the Looking Glass display (think of it as a second monitor that you can move content to)

4 Click on the "View in VR" button:

1. Open the Looking Glass software.

2. Click on "Submit Your App" at the top of the window.

3. Follow the prompts for submitting your application to be published.

4.To add your app privately, you can make an account and add it to your collections
