CIGRE is an international non-profit organization dedicated to power systems development.
Access their materials in one of two ways:
1. CIGRE Green Books published by Springer. : Access these ebooks through the NJIT Library. You will be asked to authenticate as an NJIT student to use these materials. CIGRE Green Books contain CIGRE documentation and chapters about power systems including HVDC and Wind Energy.
2. CIGRE free student membership -- a free student membership -- for full time students -- will allow you to access CIGRE documents.
